As stated in class, your assignment is a second portrait. Through your handling, use of space, character, we as the viewer should see some kind of story about this person. No props, just portrait. This will be your final grade for the portrait section of this class. You do need to post your drawings from last class for grading before 12:00pm Wed night.
Thursday we will be moving on to the figure and painted mediums (water based). Please bring your co-mo sketch pads, and paints provided in the kits from San Clemente, palette, water container and a round #8 size brush. Do not go out and buy a brush until we have had a chance to visit about brushes in class. Bring what you have. We will also be doing our usual warmups on newsprint so you will need to bring your drawing supplies as well.
